Terms for using OnCee.

Counsel review needed

This is a working scaffold, not a finalized agreement. The effective date, the contracting legal entity, and every legally-operative clause below (acceptable use, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, termination, governing law and dispute resolution) must be drafted and reviewed by qualified counsel before these terms are presented to users or relied upon.

The service

OnCee is a multi-tenant alerting and on-call management platform. It receives alerts, routes and de-duplicates them, resolves who is on call from your rotations, escalates until an alert is acknowledged, and delivers notifications by email, SMS, voice call, and push.

Accounts and organizations

Using OnCee requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Within an organization, access is governed by roles: members, admins with delegated permissions, and superadmins with full control. Organizations are isolated from one another.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to another organization, disrupt the service, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

Expand into the full acceptable-use policy: prohibited activities, rate and volume limits, consequences of violations, and the process for suspension or termination.

Plans and billing

OnCee offers a trial plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Every organization starts on a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, alert ingestion, routing, escalation, and notification delivery continue. Creating new queues, API keys, integrations, flow templates, and planner drafts is restricted 14 days after the trial ends, and a subscription restores it.

Add the commercial terms: pricing and plan definitions, billing cycle, taxes, renewals, cancellation, and refund policy.

Your data

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Warranties, liability, and governing law

The warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, service-level commitments (if any), termination rights, governing law, and dispute-resolution mechanism must be drafted by counsel. No placeholder language is provided here on purpose, so nothing on this page reads as a final legal commitment.
